POLICIES
2. 5.775% Summit County Lodging Tax will be added to total. 3. Advance reservations are accepted with full payment at time of reservation. You will be charged for the time you reserve. 4. 2 night minimum on weekends and holidays. 5. Check In is 3:00 PM or after. Check Out is by 11:00 AM. No Early Check In. You cannot drop items off at the cabins prior to check in. 6. You have up to 45 days prior to your stay to cancel or change your reservation but you may be subject to a cancellation/change fee. can re-book those dates. To avoid misunderstanding, if you cancel we cannot refund your payment unless we re-rent your time. 8. If we are able to re-book all your dates, we will give you any refund due, less the cancellation/change fee. 9. You may reschedule your reservation to a future stay but will still be subject to the cancellation/change fee. In the event that you do re- book for a future stay, and cancel that reservation, then you will forfeit the total. 10. We do not charge per person but we do limit cabin capacity! Violation of cabin capacity is considered an immediate termination of the rental period and we reserve the right to, and will, charge double the rate of your cabin per night of your stay. 11. ALL CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING! 12. No burning of candles in any cabin. 13. Rates are subject to change at any time. 14. No refunds will be issued due to weather, unforeseen conditions, or other dispute. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in the ROCKY MOUNTAINS; it snows here an average of 8 months out of the year! Weather and/or road conditions are beyond the realm of our control and are not grounds for refund. If you need more flexibility in your reservation than we suggest trying a larger based hotel chain that can accommodate this. Understand that once you have reserved your dates, we remove those dates from availability to other guests. You will be charged for the time you reserve. 15. Any violation of policy or rental terms, including but not limited to capacity, smoking and/or pet violations is considered an immediate termination of the rental period. 16. We reserve the right to charge you for damage, loss and/or policy violation. 17. By authorizing us to charge your credit card and/or by making payment, and reservation you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. |
PET POLICY

| RELEASE: As additional consideration for the lodging and services provided by Heeney Hideaway Cabins and the property owners, Mark & Patricia Astmann, on behalf of all persons in my party, their Mark & Patricia Astmann, their members, employees and agents (“Releasees”) from all liability to me and the persons in my party, our legal representatives, heirs and assigns, for any and all claims, loss or damage on account of injury or property damage, to the fullest extent permitted by law, while we are staying on the premises. I acknowledge, on behalf of all persons in my party, that while staying on the premises that we may be participating in activities with certain risks and hazards, including, but not limited to, slipping on ice and dangers associated with mountain alpine environments, and I hereby agree to accept, on behalf of all persons in my party, any and all risks of injury, loss of any kind, or death. I agree, individually, and on behalf of all persons in my party to indemnify Releasees for any incurred loss, claims, demands, liability, damage or cost, including attorney's fees, which may arise while we are staying on the premises. I agree, individually, and on behalf of all persons in my party that I am financially & legally responsible for any loss, damage or theft to the property during my stay and I hereby authorize Heeney Hideaway Cabins to charge my credit card as per the policies stated herein. Any dispute involving these matters shall be governed by the laws of Colorado with venue in Summit County, Colorado. I have carefully read the foregoing and know and understand the contents. If you wish to (i) agree to conduct this legally binding transaction, (ii) consent to signing this Acceptance & Agreement, and (iii) accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this Acceptance & Agreement, you must enter your name and the date of your reservation and sign below. POLICY ACCEPTANCE & RELEASE AGREEMENT: I acknowledge that I have the full consent and authority of all persons in my party, including the parents of any minor children in my party, to consent to this POLICY ACCEPTANCE & RELEASE AGREEMENT on behalf of all persons in my party. |
| Cabins are self check in. Check In is 3:00 PM or anytime after. No Early Check In. You cannot drop items off at the cabins prior to 3:00 PM. Check Out is by 11:00 AM. Cabins are self check-in. You will receive key instructions in confirmation after payment and Policy Agreement & Release are completed. |
| All cabins are NON SMOKING! Feel free to light up…just do it outside please! Please do not burn candles in any cabin! Gift Certificates now available and can be purchased in any amount! Please let us know if you require a crib, highchair or anything else and we will do our best to provide it for your convenience! |
